About Me
We’re Charlene and Candace, identical twins, dynamic duo, dual citizens of the United States and Italy, and we’re currently living in Italy. We fell in love with travel a long time ago and we genuinely want others to experience the magnificent wonderment that comes with discovering a new and foreign land. We’re on a mission to ignite your passion for travel and help you plan the best trip ever!
We moved to Italy in the summer of 2022 and we run a travel blog where we share travel tips and stories to encourage travel. We’re both child-free by choice and we love to travel together. We’re foodies; we travel for the food and the culture. We’re not budget travelers and while we like the occasional bougie indulgence, we aren’t luxury travelers either. We love an expensive bottle of wine, but we also like inexpensive street food and discounted tickets to events.
With over 40 years of combined travel experience, we’re here to help you find your way to making dream trips a reality. Travel can change your perspective, and it can change you.
Travel is an adventure. Travel is an amusement park for your senses (especially taste!). Travel connects you with other people and cultures. Travel challenges you. Travel opens your eyes. Travel helps you find yourself. Travel can bewilder, astonish, amaze, confuse, scare, and delight you.
We’ve planned and booked all of our own trips, and we find that it’s part of the excitement of travel. But it can also be very stressful and time-consuming. Still, we can’t get enough of it!
We would be thrilled to help your “someday” trip become a date on the calendar. Spending the time to plan a trip can make a world of difference; it can turn a good trip into a truly amazing trip. We love deciding on a location and then finding all the things to do there, but not everyone has the time to do that.
