A Custom, Personal Travel Planner

About Me

Speech-language pathologist—> stay-at-home mother of five kids —> medical school scheduler/logistics coordinator —> independent travel planner. Logical career path, right? Truth is, I’ve been planning travel for over 30 years: multi-generational family trips (and yes, sometimes with all five kids), romantic couple getaways, girls’ trips, solo adventures, all of it! I’ve spent most of my travel time across North America and Europe, much of it off the beaten path in search of authenticity and great food. Solo travel has been my jam lately, with all the freedom and empowerment and fear. I love talking with people about their own traveling curiosities and passions and helping with the translation to a concrete travel plan.

About

RESEARCH

A personal travel planner does all the research and planning of the trip for you. I'll build a trip based on your personal preferences, family composition and special needs.

PROPOSAL

Accommodation, attractions, transportation, restaurants, and maps, are all provided. You will get a detailed file that includes all the information according to day and time. All that you need to do is sign-off and pack.

BOOKING

Anyone can book a hotel, but putting together a vacation takes time. The idea is to maximize your time and money instead of wasting it on an attraction you didn't know was closed or a hotel that looks beautiful only in pictures.

ENJOY

That's it. Just enjoy your trip. I've taken care of all the details, accessible right on your phone.

Canada

My Area of Expertise

Ohhhh Canada! As a dual US/Canadian citizen currently living in the US, I proudly call both countries home. Between living my early years in Ontario, family visits to the prairie provinces, vacations to the tourist hotspots, and sending a child off to university in Montreal, I’ve gotten to know this gloriously beautiful, diverse, interesting, and welcoming country very well. If I had to declare a favorite destination within Canada it would be Montreal, with its strong cultural identity and dynamic arts and music scene. Montreal is just downright FUN, with the festivals and the street art and the youthful energy. It’s easy to get around and is relatively inexpensive. Montrealers have a unique history, language and culture and they are passionate about maintaining it. I take great joy in planning Montreal trips for others as they tend to fall in love with this colorful city the way I have.

Other Specialties: San Diego, Paris, Italy
